I have an old Gateway desktop with a Gateway flat screen monitor. The display on the monitor started "shaking" or "quivering". I assumed that the monitor was bad so I bought a new LED monitor. After I connected it (using the new cable that came with it) the display is the same. Any clue what could be causing it and what I can do to fix it? I'm not very tech oriented so please keep it in simple terms.

Install a new video card. You tube probably has some walk throughs.
