first thing I would do is run memtest... ( also that link is broken or the page has been removed) Let us know if memtest finds errors and we can go from there

New in the box I'd RMA it.
If you want to play, you could void the warranty.
Open it up and make sure everything is properly seated and all cable are plugged in.
