Scythe mugen 2 rev B on ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3

I want to buy the scythe mugen 2 rev B but i dont know if it will fit on the ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3.
Can i place my ram or should i chose an other cooler?
Some people have problems that the ram doesnt fit under the pwm cooler.
I going to buy this for RAM: Kingston ValueRAM - Geheugen - 4 GB : 2 x 2 GB - DIMM 240-pins - DDR3 - 1333 MHz / PC3-10600 - CL9 - 1.5 V -
Will it fit or not?

The cooler should fit without problems with the mobo and RAM.

All the coolers would fit, since the RAM is low profile the cooler isn't a problem.

P.D. The Hyper 212+ is much better IMO.

The scythe is quieter, thats why i picked it.
