Hot Temps on New build...Fan Question

So I just completed my new build (htpc) and everything seems to be working great. I am running a AMD Athlon II X4 620 Propus 2.6GHz processor and am getting high temps when encoding video at load. The CPU gets as high as 70C with cores getting around 55. I was thinking about upgrading the stock cpu fan but am unsure at what size is required keeping in mind that its in an htpc case.
