ECS G31T-M AND Q8200

Just assembled my Fry's ECS combo of ECS G31T-m , Intel Q8200,4 Meg PC@-6400 Ram,Cooler master E335 box,nVidia 8400GS,SATA DVD,SATA 300Gig HD. Will not POST. Fans run, LED's on. Will no even POST to see MB. Now what?

First thing I'd do is disconnect, everything not absolutely necessary for it to post (drives, extra cards, etc) and try it. Does it make any beeps when you turn it on? most beeps have a specific meaning that can help locate the problem.
