whats a good motherboard thats easy to overclock the cpu for under 150$ and would be compatible with that ram?

I ordered the MSI cyclone 460 and I don't think I'll need to SLI with the games i play at my resolution.

The evga combo deal looks like your best bet.
The Asus boards you listed don't crossfire properly 16x4.
Ok for a single gpu but terrible if you wanted to upgrade graphics in the future.
