Resetting bios for OC

I forgot witch is better gauged memory or ungauged memory??? :??:

And im not sure if i should play with the PCIE CLOCK? and what what is dose if any thing? When I first got the Mobo and started overclocking it I just left that setting alone...

Ganged = dual channel mode for ram. All cores get access to 100% of the ram.
unganged = single channel. Each core gets access to a stick of ram.In theory, the unganged mode is better as each core will get access to data quicker. In theory

also keep PCIE clock at 100

I have 4 gigs of dual channel DDR2 1066 .. I think I hand it set to ganged in bios before.. So it's the best setting?
