Gtx 260 stopped working

I was playing for a whole week with my BFG GTX 260 and all of a sudden when I was playing a game the whole screen went into different colors. So I rebooted and now when im at the desktop my video keeps flickering and freezing everyy 10 seconds. I can't even do anything. I was wondering if anybody knew what could be the problem. I was thinking it could be that my PSU doesnt have enough juice. It's a 425w power supply.

Not too many people going to need the power it can supply.
