I use to receive and open an attachment? Now I can't

Hello,
How can I use the Folder Option command?

Folder Options?
Usually , you have two choices: view or download attachments, directly from your email.
If U can't view them directly, it might mean that windows doesn't know which program to open your attached files with.
Is that what U mean by Folder options?

Ok, first, I need to know what are U trying to open?
*.doc, *.pdf, *.rar, *.zip, *.bmp......................................................................??????? (What extension?)

In any folder, click tools>folder options.
Under file types, scroll down to your extension, and double click it.
Then change the Open With option by browsing to the program U want to open it with, and Apply.

Exemples:
if it's *. pdf, usually with acrobat reader
if it's an image, usually with Win Picture and Fax viewer (or something else)
if it's a *.zip, *.rar, you can use WinRar.
Bla, bla, bla.........

What type of attachment have you received?? tell the extension then i will tell you the software according to the extension.
