How i can get biso software

you dont upgrade bios you update it, and bios updates should NOT be done unless you are having an issue. This is a case of if it aint broke dont fix it. If you go to your laptop manufacturer's page for your model they may list a bios update. You will likely need to put this onto a USB drive and then flash your BIOS.
