How to unlock Mutiplier on macbook?

hello,
i have macbook MB467 (Cpu is P8600). In the last i use CPU Z to check, i get info of clock ratio from x6 to x9 but now i check again is only x6, although a use many program but only that (x6)? Thanks you very much!

x6 is when it going into a slower mode to save power, the max multi is probably 9... you cant unlock multis on CPUs that arent extreme edition or black edition
