I currently have an EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTS 250 and was thinking of getting a new Graphics card.
My budget is $200 USD, what do you suggest?

Specs-
AMD Phenom II X4 955@3.00GHz
8 GB DDR2 RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
1680*1050 resolution
800W PSU

I don't have my computer with me, it is currently being repaired, so I can't give you any more specifics :/

The question is whether or not the motherboard in that computer can run SLI. I need to know what motherboard is in there to determine that. Perhaps someone else can tell. It's the AMD 760G chipset, but I don't know if that runs SLI.

You have a micro ATX motherboard. It has only one GPU slot so no SLI. For your budget of 200 the HD4890 is the only card that is going to give you a slightly noticable performance upgrade http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150438 The other option you have is wait a bit for the prices of the HD5850 to drop down to release price ($259) and get a great upgrade. Your GTS250 is by no means a bad card.

The fastest card within budget is the HD4890, not much of an improvement:

It is not possible to SLI with the AMD chipset on your motherboard and it lacks a second PCI-E slot anyway, so Crossfire is also out of the question.
I'd stick with the GTS250 and wait until the HD5850 comes down in price, or Nvidia release their own DX11 cards before considering an upgrade.

Ya, your system is not able to SLI two of your GTS 250's.
The other GTS 250 you list would be a total waste of cash.
Same as yours just overclocked a little.

At your resolution, you do not really need to much more than you already have.
I would recommend using Rivatuner to overclock your current GPU.
If you really want to spend some cash now, look into a 4890.
Otherwise, stick with what you have until prices drop on the 5850.
