What is the difference between these two GPU?

This GPU has 15 mhz over theo ther one, but less specs overall.

THis one seems to be the exact same, 15 mhz less, comes with a double LMW and far more specs on it, but both look exactly the same but one is 10 bucks more and has no free shipping?

Did XFX Increase the mhz slightly and call it an extreme edition? lol

I tried to google the ZNEC but it always came up with ZNFC specs lol.

Aright, thank you for the quick reply. i will be OC'ing anyways so paying the almost 20 bucks more for the same card would suck.

I was just wondering if there was something between the two i was missing lol.
