my compax wireless button isnt working

Your post is a little sketchy. Did it work before ? What (if anything) have you changed between now and then......operating system, service pack for operating system ?

Have you checked Control Panel, System , Hardware, Device Manager to see if the wireless networking device is present or yellow flagged as having a problem ?

Have you tried downloading the latest driver ?
