Best DDR2 memory?

What is the BEST DDR2 Memory out there? Im about to upgrade a computer and would like the fastest memory I could get for it. Also whats a good DDR3 memory to get for a new build Im hoping to get going next month?

Me too. I plan to buy memory 8 GB DDR2 to be paired with Win7 64-bit ult.ed.

So far, I found this product to be quite promising: PATRIOT PGS24G6400 ELK (2 X 2G) DDR 2 Module Kit - VIPER II Series ( VIPER Heat Shell II ). 5-5-5-12.

It's cheap only $90, meaning I can get 8 GB at $180. I dunno if it uses Elpida or Micron though... Concerning this which one better elpida or micron?

Anyone's opinions or answering the Thread Starter's are welcome

I got that same ram for a PC I built my mom awhile back its very stable an reliable ram for the money and I'am hoping to get 8Gs more to add to both my system and her's.
