Hi Everyone…

Thanks upfront for anyone who can shed light on my issue.

I have an Asus P8Z68-V/Gen3 MoBo that has 2-SATA 6GB/s ports in addition to 4-SATA 3 GB/s ports. I have one Asus 120 GB S511 SSD and would like to get another one to do Raid 0 when I load the OS. In addition, I would like to add 2 HDD, 7200/6 GB/sec. Hence, I have four devices that need 6 GB/s SATA ports. I have only two 6 GB/s ports. What to do? Is there such a thing as a SATA hub where I can get another two 6 GB/s ports?

TIA,
Chucke2

Solution
Hard drives will not push the SATA 3 spec anyway. Place them on the SATA 3(as sata is backwards compatible) and the SSD's on the SATA 6 ports.
