My pc has lost most of its drivers

I have a Dell GX280 that has lost all drivers. Device Manager is completely empty. Have you heard of this? Is it fixable? If Not, How do I get photos, music, documents out?

Attached this hard drive on another system then you will have to recover your data first. Download & install "get data back" software and recover your data, then go on your system and install windows again.
