A Computer configuration to emulate PS2 games ?

I want a PC configuration to play PS2 games(via emulation) on PC at MAXIMUM settings. :sol: 
Also, I would like to run PC games launched at considerable frame rates so that it beats this system............. :pfff:  ........

My budget would be around $800 USD ? :heink: 

BTW I plan to get this PC in July 2010. :p

I forgot to mention that I want to max out the RAM to about 6GB to 8GB.
And, the processor should be greater than 3.6 GHz.
Also it should be upgradable easily, not like the Apple PCs.

You can build a PC with virtually any part available today and max out PS2 games, as long as your emulator is good. I doubt you'll need that much RAM for a PS2 game, but if you do plan on playing the occasional PC game then 3GB minimum would be a good place to start.

The MacMini has a 9400M graphics card. You'd be hard-pressed to find anything that WOULDN'T beat that card.

You could put together a considerably faster rig for $800 if you picked out parts closer to your purchase-date. It's difficult to recommend anything today. Ask again in June.
