New PC build GigabyteZ77MX-D3H & win XP

OK just built PC with above mother board. Downloaded;
[link removed, PIRATED MATERIAL REFERENCE]

I burned it using IMGburn to CD.

I used a USB drive and set the boot preferences to boot from this drive.

Each tim I try to load the PC I get

"reboot and select proper boot device or etc etc"


Does anyone have a solution for this? this a brand new build PC with a blank segate blue caviar HD.
