Use thermal paste or tape/pad when changing the NB cooler

I agree with tecmo34, using a dot of thermal paste on the center of the NB or SB an then re-applying the HS works great. most NBs/SBs will have a thermal pad/paste already so your need to completely clean that off.
A paper towel and alcohol works great as it evaporates almost instantly, and if you (Lap) the HS's your get a lil better cooling as well but its a bit time consuming but its usually worth it.
