my hadrdisk is not detected in bios and installed in OS

Try reseat the cable connections and/or try a new cable.
Try a different port on the motherboard, try the drive in another computer or in an external enclosure.

If none of those work, you can find a system board for it off ebay or a similar site, just make sure you get one for your exact drive. As long as the drive is not making funny noises, replacing the system board or maybe the connections may fix it.

Make surer that SATA port is enabled in the BIOS...
