DVD Burner Software

Hello,
I purchased an LG external GE24 DVD rewriter and when I tried to install the software it came up with: The software can only be installed with a LG (HLDS) device. And would not go any further.

Contact LG support, it you have the burner installed and turned on when you run the program it should detect it.
