Hello, Hi all if i put any disc in my drive even trying to put norton disc into my computer nothing will play scaned computer all is working it says but i am missing something that makes my drive work can anyone help even been to medion home site no help there.

Is the drive recognized in bios, device manager, and disk management, and does it have a valid drive letter assigned in disk management ?

Have you tried deleting upper / lower filters ?

Hi thanks for your intrest and help this message comes up when i try to access this drive----( windows canot load device for this hardware the driver may be corrupted or missing code 39) any more help would be wellcome
