CPU Overclock before SLI

Could overclocking the CPU, interfere with the enabling of SLI?

It could if the overclock isn't stable, or if your PSU doesn't have the power to support both GPUs and the new CPU requirements (if you increased the CPU's power).

They are two different parts in the computer and with the cpu overclocked the video cards in SLI will not be affeced. If you go too high with the overclock and you are on the edge of being stable the it could that's why when you overclock you should always back down 5% once you reach the OC being unstable and you can't go any further with the overclock.
