Alright I'm back with yet another issue. My grandma's computer from 2006. My brother and me wiped it about 6 months ago and have had no issues up until now. The issue being. The GPU this pc has a built in Intel Chipset. It registers in device manager but everytime we install the driver the computer still says its not functioning properly and has the ! through it.
Computer Information
Dell Dimension E310
HDD - 80gb
Ram - 512mb DDR2
CPU - Pentium 4 @ 2.8ghz
Intel 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family Is the Video Driver we are trying to install. Link Below

I have tried my own troubleshooting, and installing the unverified way with the latest Intel driver not dells and it still won't register even though it has the driver from intel and says it does.
This is causing an issue since we can't get DX9 to install.
