Corsair vengence 1600mhz 8gb

I ran p95 for 24 hours straight at 4.4ghz with no errors. (highest temp was 85c, but that because ambient temp was pretty high due to heat and AC not working.
Ran memtest for 24 hours on both sticks, and individually with no errors
Did couple passes with 3dmark11 and everything is fine

Yet, I randomly get BSOD while browsing internet.

After examining BSOD it points to memory or bad driver.

Any ideas?

There is no OS driver for memory... the closest thing would be the motherboard's chipset driver, which is very stable and throughly tested. Is your memory running at stock speeds? I have a two pairs of Vengeance memory myself, and had issues with them. One of the sticks was faluty, and the rest only works well if I select the XMP memory profile on the BIOS.
