Hi,
I have an Acer TravelMate800 with Win2k installed. It has internal
Centrino 802.11b Wifi and I had a Buffalo 802.11g Wifi PCI card
working on it recently too. After a small bit of reconfiguring both
the Buffalo card and the Centrino card have stopped working. The
hardware properties of both indicate that there is a problem with the
drivers, but give no more information (typical message is that the
system can't find the specified files but it doesn't tell me what
files it's looking for). I've uninstalled and reinstalled both
several times, clearing out the .inf and .pnf files from C:\WINNT\inf
that were installed but nothing works. I expect there is a damaged
DLL somewhere but I don't know what to look for. Does anyone know how
I fix this please?
