Transfer pics from camera to pc?

my scanner and camera wizard does not pop up any more . It always worked before . How can I get it back ?

Windows restore back to date when they worked. Or run sfc /scannow from a command prompt to repair the operating system. (Requires Windows CD)

Download new driver according to your camera and scanner then uninstall old driver and install new driver.
