A7n8x-e motherboard what processor?

I have an a7n8x-e asus motherboard with a amd athlon xp 6 model 10 can i upgrade to an amd athlon Phenom II black edition, i have 1 gb of mem? will i need to upgrade this too? Also will a ati radeon 5750 1gb or a geforce 8600gt graphics card work with this mthrbrd

No you can't,your motherboard doesn't support Phenom II CPUs or HD 5750/Nvidia 8600GT.
So you have to change your motherboard first(to an AM3 socket for example) in order to get a new CPU/VGA,also you have to get a new RAM too(because AM3 motherboards require DDR3 RAMs)
