Need help choosing PSU, case, RAM for Athlon II X4 620

Hi guys I'm trying to build my first computer and I needed some advice for choosing a PSU, case and RAM. I just bought the Athlon II X4 620 along with an ASUS M3A78-EM 780G AM2+ uATX Motherboard.

I was looking for suggestions for a

PSU around $50

Case around $50

4gb DDR2-1066 RAM around $80-90

I am planning on buying either a 4870 or 4890 radeon graphics card. Thanks.

and why do you want ddr3 ram when your board is am2+ that uses ddr2?

Is this RAM ok or would spending a few more dollars for something in the 80-95 dollar range be better? Which brands do you prefer OCZ, Corsair, G.Skill?

So the mobo description says it supports ddr2-1066 with AM2+ chips. Do AM3 chips support ddr2-1066?
