How to tell if your pushing your system too far

i was looking on the forum, and i didn't see something like this, and it could be handy for a beginner overclocker

so i will start with over current protection

the fix (which you may not see is) is pretty simple, wait for the light on your motherboard to shut completely off, turn your power supply back on, and your system will boot up just fine

does anyone else have anything to add?

What exactly is the video about ? There isn't one word being said and there's no way to know what the hell this person is doing and what it has to do with pushing the system too far ???

I think it's nna2 himself showing his PSU trip its OCP (and how to reset it by doing what he said in the post). He just needs to add that to the description of the video.
