Experts, Make a final review of my rig plz

Hi guys, I am up again. Now this is final parts list based on your reviews. I have upgraded the GPU. Going for After Market Cooler. I have shortlisted 2. Plz tell me which one I should go with. I just need something to do the job all right here. Not after something fancy here. But I have not changed the case yet, may be because I like that type of finish. But I want you to help me make most out of that. May be we can hook some fans for better airflow. But if it is really really necessary then I can change it to HAF-932 instead of HAF-922. Please review it before I place an order.

Purpose: Performance PC/ HD Video Editing/ Multimedia PC. NO GAMING AT ALL.

Budget: To save as much as I can while not compromising with quality so much.

DVD Writer: Liteon
Card Reader: Channel Plus A-I-O Card Reader + 1x E-SATA+ 1x USB
PC Case: Gigabyte Setto 1024 AXBS11-CNB
CPU Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 212 vs Xigmatek S 1283 Red scorpion
Monitor: Asus MS238H.
Keyboard/Mouse: MS Desktop 3000

I personally like to recommend the Hyper 212. It's cheaper (without needing a rebate) and its one of the best coolers.

Here's some better, cheaper RAM: G.SKILL PI Series 6GB DDR3 1600 Timings 7-8-7-24. Same timings, faster speed, and about $10 cheaper.

What's with the caps?

I didn't look at the case. It's not that important to the overall build. Now that I have, it's pretty crappy for the price. The Antec 300 Illusion is $5 more, and also an extremely good case. An HAF 922 is only $10 more than the Antec, and it's one of the best cases you can get.
