Hello all,
I currently have a 1TB 7200rpm HDD as my primary OS drive. I got a new SSD for x-mas and am planning to use that for my boot/OS drive with my old HDD as a secondary storage drive.
My question involves removing Windows from the old drive without losing all my data. (I don't have a large enough external HDD and don't feel like purchasing one).
My current plan is to create a new partition on the HDD, move the data I want to save onto that partition, then wipe the old partition that contains the windows install.
My question is after I have done that, is it possible to then "departition" the HDD back to one large volume?
