So i need help with picking a new motherboard

i have a ci7 with cooler master v8.
3gb dominator triple channel
evga gtx 295
and 750 W psu
im still deciding whether to upgrade to windows 7, but currently im running xp
so which motherboard would be a good investment. so far i have my eyes on the EVGA X58 SLI LE Motherboard

nothing more than 350. i got the 295 from a friend he was selling it real cheap cause he switched to a mac. and in addition, should i upgrade my ram?

If I were buying right now, I'd get the Asus P6X58D - it's got a lot of features, and includes USB 3.0 and SATA 6Gb/s - nice to have a little leeway for the future with those options.

evga make good stuff too, but I like ASUS more, it's just a opinion, but I think ASUS have better stuff for the price.xD
