This is what I'd do. Mostly same stuff except for a few things to cut costs. No point in getting Ripjaws 1600mhz unless you overclock. It will NOT run at that speed by default. The cpu is cheaper than the other on your list, and has same cache & stuff except for core speed. However, this cpu is 95W and cooler.
