I will soon get an ati 4850,
but it needs a 6-pin PCIE power connector,
can any 1 let me know what that is ??
And how do i find out if i have it ??

I have intel DG41RQ MOBO.

The pcie power connector comes from the power supply , not the mobo.

I checked out my power unit and i dont have it, but i have normal 4 pin molex adapters can i attach the gpu in it ??

Yes, you can buy an adapter (which is really cheap) for 2x Molex to 6-pin PCI-E but it usually isn't recommended by manufacturers, probably because it's unreliable.
