First time builder

I am a complete noob. This will be my first attempt at building my own comp. I want a good gaming computer that can play today's newest games easily at high setting.
So far I am planning to get the following:
1) CPU - AMD Athlon II X4 635 Propus 2.9GHz http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103702

2) vid card - Asus Radeon HD 4870 1GB

3) 2x 2gb ram or something along that line. ( need good deal and brand)

4) Using my old 320 gb HD

5) No idea what mobo to get. This is where you guys come in. my budget for mobo is around 200 but i really want to just spend 100. Something that fit all these things. I know I want the following: am3 ddr3 quad core hdmi, overclockable even tho i have no idea how to do it yet.

If there is anything else I am missing..please tell me. Again I am a total noob so if some of these items I plan to get actually sucks or whatever please advise. I didn't buy any of these yet. They are just on my blue print . Tell me how my set up is looking and if its good or bad. Sorry if I am asking too much. Blame it on my noobness

The 4870 is outdated now, you'd be better off with the 5770 or 5830. You also still need to get a power supply. An Antec, Corsair, or Seasonic of around 450-500W should be fine.
