Upgrading my drivers

While on a game i realised that most of my text had been replaced by "$92673 No Range" i found that only the recent updates were doing this and while on a game, someone told me to upgrade my drivers or something, my computer is an HP Pavilion Slimline and the processor is an AMD 64, so, an help would be greatly appreciated

i've found out the problem now, i need to re- download my game locale
