Newbie question about memory
Last response: in Memory
If I buy a 2gb x3 set of memory, and then buy another 2gb x 3 set of that SAME memory, can I use them both, for a total of 12 GB, in the same machine? Or must I purchase, say, a set of 2gb x 6, or 4gb x 3? (I am thinking of triple channel ddr3 here.)
