Hello,
motherboard on and turn off with in second?
Board model MSIN1996

Possibilities:

1. bad power supply
2. CPU and/or heatsink not installed properly
3. bad motherboard

Usually when a system shuts down immediately it's either broke or trying to protect itself from bad power or overheating.

Re-Install Processor and heat-sink and also check ram and power connections.
