Mem Speed, is this normal??

hey guys, so i put this new system together last week, overclocked it, so on and so forth, so i took a look at cupid to see what my number looked like and i noticed this in the memory tab - dram frequency is 698mhz - i gave 4gb of corsair xms3 ddr3 1600 installed. - so shouldn't that number say 1600mhz? am i doing something wrong

So I have to got back and do that in the bios, ok sounds good, I was a bit confused when I saw that number
