Startup files

I now find the files dumprep-0-k and dumprep 0-u. Have never seen these files in the startup before. What does this suggest and what would removing them from startup do?

ctfmon is also in the startup. I understand that it is for alternate input for microsoft office. Can this be removed without issue?
