nVidia would say no.....min. size is 1000 watt on their site.

I got about 640 watts, so I'd go with an 850 to provide a bit of cushion (25% min).

At that high an OC, I would limit my choices to, in order of preference:

Antec SG-850
Antec CP-850 (fits only 3 cases)
Seasonic M12D 850W
Corsair HX-850

According to this chart, two GTX275s use up to 600watts of power, and two GTX285s will use even more.

Taking into account efficiency issues and degradation, you can probably pull it off with a 700watt PSU and 50amps, but it's cutting it close and might be risky.
