What kind of an overclock should I be able to get? Just looking for a conservative estimate assuming I get a decent chip and have good airflow.

Around 4.3Ghz would be my best estimate without any specifics.

i can overclock my i5 3570k to 4.0 GHz and run at 50 degrees celcius with the coolermaster hyper evo if that gives you an idea.
