Will this card work with my Mobo?

I bought a budget computer from Best Buy back in July and am finally looking to put a graphics card in it (link to specs: http://bit.ly/8lxmhi). I notice that I have an open PCIe x16 but not PCIe 2.0 x16.

I am looking at buying this card -- http://bit.ly/ej0e -- and I noticed it connects with PCIe 2.0.

Am I stuck to non 2.0 PCI3 cards? Will I be able to connect this card to my mobo? My guy feeling is 'no'; however, I don't really keep up with all the differences of specs and any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

The PCI-e 2.0 is backwards compatible with PCI-e 1.x so no worries.

It is a 300W PSU, pretty low. NewEgg's PSU calculator says I should be fine with my current PSU and the 9500. However, I am not against buying a new PSU (~500W) if I can find a good price.

Noob question, but would that PSU fit where my older one is? The case is fairly small.
