Recently my friend has brought an amd athlon x2 240 processor along with an 4gb ddr2 ram. So all i want you all is to suggest a good motherboard for my friend under 80$ budget. It should have am3 support along with ddr2 memory...

I just bought this board and it is a nice board, will support AM2, AM2+ and AM3 cpu's ...even the new six core AMD. I figure I'm good for now with my Anthlon X2 5200+, but down the road I can pickup a cheap sub $100 x4(which are now available) or x6 processor($199 now!). It has HDMI, DVI and VGA on board and will support four monitors, dual bios, 10/100/1000 internet, fire wire, infrared, raid all for $79 from Newegg.
