Getting less signal .. why?

I have a WRT54G2 with dd-wrt firmware.
It has been working good since october. I noticed now that I am getting weaker signal on a spot/location that i would normally get full bars or just one shy.
Router has always been in the same place. No other wireless devices. A psp connects to this router.
For some reason i am only gettting three bars now. NOthing has changed. No added obstructions ..
