what could be the problem when my pc beeps three times and does not display on monitor

Hey Guys plz and when i try switching it of it keeps on running when iswitch on by the plug it runs and and restart but n othing apperars on the monitor on ly no signal message and then it runs on the system

What are the specifications of ur rig? I think that if u read the manual of the mobo u can get the answer to ur question.
