3770K cooling low noise / replace heatsink fan

I've decided on the following parts for my new rig:

Case: Fractal Design Define R4
MB: ASUS P8Z77-V DELUXE
CPU: 3770K

I will OC, but not to extremes - I'd prefer a quite computer.

These 3 seems like good choises:

Silver Arrow
NH-D14
PH-TC14PE

I don't know which is best (low noise/good cooling) or if there are any better/new ones out there.

Some people seem to replace the fans on the coolers - what replacement fans are recommended?

a really good cooler for cheap is the cooler master hyper 212 evo.....its less than 30 bucks and is pretty quite. and alot less bulky than the ones you posted.

i second the 212 evo, it's alot quieter than my phenom II's stock cooler as well

Just get a Hyper 212 EVO and see how loud that is. If you don't like how loud it is, replace the fan with a quiet one such as a Noctua one.
