I've read something about PC Safeguard on Windows 7:

Problem is that I can't seem to activate it... tried creating standard accounts so that I could activate it for them on my admin, but it seems the option has disappeared. Have they taken this out of RC1?

Why? Perhaps bugs that couldn't be resolved? Your guess is as good as mine.
